Pure Yin

Yin is a passive and meditative style of class. Yin utilises passive stretches, often in seated or supine poses for long periods of time, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Unlike Restorative, Yin allows slight discomfort to stretch muscles rather than relax.

Dynamic Pilates

Hatha is a slower pace to basic yoga postures. In this class, you will work through sets of physical postures and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and controlled than a Yoga Flow class. You will leave class feeling longer, looser, and stronger

Pure Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga is a set series of postures linked together with a specific breathing technique to progressive from one posture to the next.The series gets progressively more challenging, building strength, flexibility, agility and balance.

Dynamic Yoga Flow

A more challenging class but always great fun. Expect to flow through some powerful transitions and peak at some strong poses. A great class to extend and deepen your practice

Morning Yoga

Great for early birds. Practising yoga in the morning has many benefits for our body and mind, as well as prepare us for our day ahead. This class can be a gentle as you need it to be with some mindful elements to make sure you start your day stress free.

Mindfulness & Meditation

These 30 minute classes will visit mindfulness techniques to support relaxation and connecting to yourself. Each week will revisit familiar techniques and also introduce new methods to further deepen your practice.

A great and safe way to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy. It's also great preparation for labour. Whether you are experienced or completely new to yoga, this class is open for all levels, and a great way to meet new mums in your community.

 Suitable for babies from 6 weeks. The classes are designed to support you, as a new mum. It will gently realigning the body, post pregnancy and birth, and the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby

Baby Massage Yoga

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. This class aim to help infants to make the
transition from babyhood to independent movement. The massage soothes your baby's nervous system while gentle baby yoga aids their movement.

A blend of dynamic flow to create heat in the body, and restorative long held poses to create deep relaxation at the end. It is a revitalising class which is the perfect balance of effort and ease.

Pure Hatha

Hatha is a slower pace to basic yoga postures, and designed to create balance in the body. In this class, you will work through poses while drawing attention to breathing techniques. You will leave class feeling longer, looser, and stronger and balanced in body and mind.

This class flows through creative sequences and is full of energy and fun. Using breath to lead you through some strong postures, this class will lead you through a well rounded sequence that's perfect for bringing a stronger practice to your repertoire.

Mandala Flow

This new style is a dynamic class that flows 360 degrees on the mat and designed to target different areas of the body that correspond to one of the four elements (air, fire, water and earth). A fun class to move in a different way.
