If you are unsure about what class or level will work for you, please email or give us a call and we will be more than happy to talk you through what is on offer.
We advise booking online as online bookings take priority over walk-ins, however if there is space in the class we will accommodate you. We accept card only at the studio.
Please note that classes start at the advised time, please ensure you arrive in good time, as entry is not permitted once the class has started.
Our waitlist closes 2 hours before the class starts to avoid late cancellation fees being charged if you can't make the class. For classes starting in less than two hours please keep an eye on the class to see if spaces become available.
We operate a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of the 2 hours before your class start time you won’t lose your credit, or be charged.
Please be aware that refunds will be credited to your MINDBODY app. If you cancel within the 2 hour window, then for members, the following cancellation policy applies:
Member Cancellation Policy:
2 no-show or late cancellation per month – no penalty.
Any additional no-shows/late cancellations will incur a charge of the full drop in fee. This must be paid before new bookings can be made.
Any cancellations need to be made prior to the 2 hour cancellation window.
Class packs Cancellation Policy:
If the class is cancelled outside the 2 hour window, then a class will be deducted from your pack
We really appreciate you letting us know if you can't attend a class so that it can be given to another person.
All refunds will be credited to your MINDBODY account
Occasionally teachers vary from those advertised, please note that no refund will be given in this instance.
