COVID-19 SPECIFIC POLICY

 

FACILITIES

To protect our staff and customers, clients are not permitted to use the shower facilities in the centre. We request that clients come dressed and ready for the booked class. 

We encourage that all customers bring their own mats whenever possible

 

Only one person will be allowed to access the toilet facilities at a time

 

We encourage all clients to wear face masks in the centre but it is not compulsory while attending the class. This is due to customers holding a 2m distance between each other at all times in class

 

We request that clients arrive in time for the booked class. Because of our new guidelines and building capacity, customers who are more than 10 minutes early will be asked to wait outside. If the customer is late, they will not be allowed to join the class. 

 

Clients are requiredto wash or sanitise their hands before and after class.

 

Clients are to wipe down all the equipment they have used appropriately after their class

Clients are asked to leave belongings in a locker outside the studio.

BOOKINGS

Yonder are running classes at a limited capacity and hold the right to refuse clients into any class should the capacity be full. We recommend that clients pre-book their classes online to avoid disappointment.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

It is important that if the client experiences any symptoms associated with COVID19, or has encountered any individual who has experienced any symptoms, that the client should stay home and not come into the studio.

Staff at Yonder holds the right to refuse service to any customer who they deem, within reason, to be violating these terms & conditions.

REGULAR STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING

By booking with Yonder Studio, you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

To confirm your booking full payment must be made, or details for invoice obtained. Payment can be made by telephone, online or in-person at the centre with credit or debit card.


All classes can be booked online. Our online bookings take priority over drop-in clients.


If there is space available in the class, we will accommodate clients where possible.


Classes start at the advised time. Clients are encouraged to sign in at least 5-10 minutes before the start time to avoid their space being passed onto a wait-listed client.


We reserve the right to refuse any booking.


On any private booking, the number of attendants must be confirmed. It is possible to amend the number of attendants with 24 hours notice, although we cannot guarantee that we can satisfy the changes.


Yonder will provide confirmation of online bookings via email. In the unlikely event that the requirements cannot be met after booking, the centre will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements.


The Manager reserves the right to cancel a booking for reasons that are out of our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions for an outdoor activity).

CANCELLATIONS

Class bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 2 hours before the class start time. Any cancellations made after this will not be credited back to the client’s account.

No-shows policy

A failure to turn up for a booked class without prior cancellation will not be refunded back to the client.


If the client is on a membership, the client is allowed two no-shows per calendar month. Any more will incur a charge of £2.50 and the client’s account will be automatically charged. Client’s may wish to dispute these charges in writing to studio@thisisyonder.com

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We offer refunds as credits back into your accounts only.

Only cancellations adhering to our cancellation policy above will be granted a full refund back into your account.

 

Gift cards and account credits are not refundable or exchangeable for monetary value.

 

ClassPacks are not refundable if the client has used any credits within the pack

MEMBERSHIPS

Clients are able to cancel their membership at any time, however, no refund will be given for any remaining balance.

 

All rolling memberships start on the first day of the month. If clients wish to start their membership in the middle of the month, a pro-rate charge will be applied and the pro-rate will need to be paid on the day the membership starts.

 

A client who is purchasing a monthly rolling membership has the right to cancel their membership anytime. If the client wishes to reinstate their membership, they will have to purchase a new membership.

 

There is a minimum subscription period of 3 months for rolling memberships. Members are benefiting from the preferential membership rates and therefore, it is reasonable that Yonder holds the rights to charge clients for all payments due over the course of the minimum subscription period, regardless of whether a client requests to cancel before the minimum subscription period has been completed.

 

Members who need to take a temporary break for any reason may freeze their memberships via email notice to studio@thisisyonder.com

 

Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact and billing information is correct and up-to-date

FACILITIES

All clients are entitled to use the studio’s facilities during scheduled sessions. Clients are not to use the studio outside of their booked sessions, but are entitled to use the centre’s facilities.

 

Children under the age of 16 may not use the studio or attend any regular classes, unless specified in the class description. Yonder reserves the right to refuse any minor to practice.

 

Details of class times may vary from time to time. Any changes in class times will be published by Yonder on our website and on Mindbody online.

 

Clients are requested to wear appropriate clothing for their class. We do not permit footwear in the studio, and we request that all footwear be left in the space provided outside of the studio.

 

Yonder does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings. For security reasons, clients are advised to place personal belongings in the lockers provided.


Although we always endeavour to give any article of lost property to the owner, we do not take responsibility for any item held in lost property. Such items will be kept until claimed. We will hold lost items for no longer than 1 month, after which, the item will either be donated or destroyed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

By booking onto a class at Yonder Studio, the client agrees that they have read and signed the Liability Waiver before attending any class

If there is any doubt of physical or mental health that might cause injury to the client or others, the client must consult his/her doctor before attending classes.
 

All clients must notify their teachers of any health issues prior to starting the class.
 

It is important to note that our teachers are not trained medical professionals and are not qualified to define someone’s ability to participate in any class. This falls to the personal responsibility of the individual client.

 

If the client is pregnant, please consult a doctor before attending any regular classes. Please also notify your teacher beforehand if you do attend any regular classes.

 

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.

 

Clients are not permitted to walk into any climbing area marked by the matted areas. Clients must complete a separate waiver and induction to access these areas.
