Welcome to the end of a cosy December! With the cold weather outside, we are working to keep the studio cosy, welcoming and a safe, enjoyable environment for all of you beautiful yogis to continue practising in.
The past three months has seen a big change with the studio, and we want to thank everyone who has stuck with us through it, and a big welcome to all of our new members!

January brings new and exciting things to the studio...
We're launching 5 new classes
Dynamic Pilates with Claire Mondays at 8pm This class combines the precision and focus of traditional Pilates mat work with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout. This class will work your core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element and is a fun, functional, ‘feel good’ workout.
Pure Hatha with Amy Wednesdays at 7:45pm Hatha is a nice gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. In this class, you will work through sets of physical postures and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and controlled than a Yoga Flow class. You will leave class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
Pure Vinyasa with Lucy Saturdays at 1:30pm Moving through gentle sequences with flow, you'll visit traditional yoga poses with an emphasis on breath and movement.
Sweat & Release with Sara Sundays at 10:30am A yang and yin style class that is a fun, strong and sweaty. Expect to get a workout while also working through traditional yoga poses and creative flows. Don't worry, you'll be treated to a lovely savasana for all of your hard work.
Womben Yoga with Yolande Sundays at 2pm For mums who aren't quite new mums anymore. Womben yoga is a class created to support women’s health and healing. This nourishing style of yoga is designed to improve strength and flexibility from the inside out leaving you feeling balanced physically, mentally and emotionally and is suitable for all those looking for post-natal.
We are also excited to announce our Flow for Free class which will take place on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm - 2pm. This class is completely free and works on a donation system. So you can donate as little as £1 to show your teacher appreciation. We understand that it takes a bit of financial commitment to start yoga and we at Yonder want to make yoga accessible to everybody. Come see what the hype is about.

FIND YOUR BALANCE Saturday Jan 4th 3pm - 6pm The beginning of the year marks a time of transition and change. As we prepare to face the upcoming challenges from work, family and society in the year ahead, this is an ideal time to set our intentions, to refocus and to find our equilibrium.
In this new year workshop, through the practice of Yoga, we learn to align our body’s center of gravity with the earth’s gravitational field, positioning ourselves in physical equilibrium with nature and the world around us. Requiring a sustained effort of alignment, strength and focus to center and recenter, this practice not only brings our physical body into balance, but also helps to bring our thoughts and emotions into a more peaceful harmony.
The workshop is hosted by Anna Wan and Juergen Hergenroeder Yoga (Registered Yoga Teachers with the Yoga Alliance – RYT 500) of Maha Shanti Yoga (RYS 200) and Eugene O’Connor (Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance RYT 200)
