Yoga

Foundations

This is a great beginners class to learn the basic foundations of yoga. For those looking to start their yoga journey, or for those looking to take their practice back to basics.

Yoga Flow

A Vinyasa style yoga class, characterized by flowing through postures using the breath. Yoga Flow classes offer a variety of creative sequences and no two classes are ever alike. A well-rounded class for all levels.

Yin

Yin is a passive and meditative style of class. Yin utilises passive stretches, often in seated or supine poses for long periods of time, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Unlike Restorative, Yin allows slight discomfort to stretch muscles rather than relax.

Pre/Post Natal

Yoga is a safe, simple and natural method of preparing for the miracle of childbirth. And a great way to tone up and reduce stress post pregnancy. We have classes focused on pregnancy, mums after birth and babies.

Advanced Yoga

Looking for tips and tricks that will take your yoga to the next level? Our advanced yoga classes will work your strength and flexibility in fun variations and creative sequences to start pushing yourself to more advanced poses.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga (or astanga) Yoga is one of the oldest yoga styles, developed by guru Sri K. Patthabi Jois of Mysore (1915-2009) Follow set choreographed sequences that work all areas of the body and ranges in difficulty.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow® is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body, and allows your muscles to relax deeply
